1. Agreement
These Terms govern your access to and use of the Nurse Passport platform operated by Nurse Passport Inc. By creating an account or using the platform, you agree to these Terms.
2. Eligibility
You must be able to form a binding contract and, where you register as a nurse, hold or be pursuing the professional qualifications you represent. Information you submit must be accurate and your own.
3. The service
- For nurses, Nurse Passport provides credential verification, preparation tools, corridor matching and relocation support.
- For facilities, Nurse Passport provides access to verified candidates, pipeline tooling and placement services.
- Verification reflects information provided by nursing councils and other sources; we present it faithfully but do not guarantee third-party data or immigration outcomes.
4. Fees
Use of the platform is free for nurses. Facilities pay placement and related fees as set out in their order or agreement. Taxes may apply.
5. Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse the platform, submit false credentials, infringe others' rights, attempt to access data you are not authorised to see, or use the service to facilitate unethical recruitment.
6. Your content & consent
You retain rights to the information you submit and grant us the licence needed to operate the service and share data strictly according to the consent choices described in our Privacy Policy.
7. Disclaimers & liability
The platform is provided on an "as is" basis to the extent permitted by law. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded. We are not a law firm, immigration adviser or employer of record unless expressly agreed in writing.
8. Termination
You may stop using the platform at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for breach of these Terms or where required by law.
9. Governing law & contact
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules, unless a mandatory local law applies. Questions can be sent to Support@nursepassport.net.
